The Libyan Revolution: Context and Implications

On November 10, 2011, Claudia Gazzini, Visiting Professor at Northwestern University; Paul Diehl, Professor of Political Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC); Khaled Al-Asbahi, Fulbright Post-Doctoral Visiting Scholar to the UIUC Department of Linguistics and Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Sana'a University in Yemen; and Bharath Gopalaswamy, Visiting Associate Director of the Program in Arms Control, Disarmament, and International Security (ACDIS) at UIUC took part in a forum, "The Libyan Revolution: Context and Implications." The forum was moderated by Valerie Hoffman, Director of the Center for South Asian and Middle Eastern Studies and Professor in the Department of Religion at UIUC.
